Why are your prices so low?

We work with the best Spanish & European suppliers with reduced margins.

We strive to offer our Clients the best possible price for each product.

The fact of not having a physical store, and sometimes acting as an importer and / or reseller also helps us save costs.

Are all your prices VAT included?

    Yes.

    All our prices include taxes.

To confirm the VAT on a specific product, you can add it to your cart, where you'll see its deductible VAT amount.

How can I contract the insurance?

    Insurance is contracted by phone.

If you are interested or interested you can contact us, you can check price here.

Later we will contact you to inform you without obligation and if necessary proceed with the recruitment.

You can hire it when purchasing a new device with us or for a purchase you have already made.

Do your products have a Warranty?

    Yes.

From January 1, 2022 all our products have a 3-year Official Manufacturer's Warranty in Spain according to Law, in Europe too, in accordance with the terms and conditions of each manufacturer.

Products purchased before this date, the Warranty is 2 years.

The Warranty for Companies (not individuals) is 1 year in all cases.

    How does the Guarantee work?

In most cases, you can manage the Warranty directly with the manufacturer.

Instead for example, during the 2nd & 3rd year for Apple products in Spain, we must send it to the technical service. Also for certain Xiaomi or Amazfit products depending on the provider, we may have to manage it ourselves.

If you need us to process a warranty repair for you, please contact us.

    Are Xiaomi products Global version?

    Yes.

All Xiaomi devices are Global version, therefore they have 3-year Official Warranty from the manufacturer in Spain and throughout Europe.

Updatable via OTA and multilanguage including Spanish and English.

How can I divide an order with SeQura?

Selecting Fractional Pay when placing your order.

Next, a window will open where you will only have to choose the number of installments, enter your personal data and pay the first installment.

No paperwork! You only need your DNI / NIE and mobile. The rest of the payments will be made each month automatically on your card.

Every month SeQura will send you a receipt of the payment by email or they will inform you if for any reason it has not been possible to charge so that you can solve it.

Can I trade in my old device?

    Coming soon.

    Through Ealyx Trade-in.
