Are your phones refurbished?

Not.

We do not sell refurbished phones.


When will I recive my order?

It depends on the product.

Products with delivery time 24-48 working hours after starting their preparation.

Products with a maximum delivery of 2-5 business days, depending on the warehouse and the logistics process.

Are all your prices VAT included?

Yes.

All our prices include taxes.

To find out if the VAT of a certain product is deductible, you can add it to the Cart and you will see its deductible VAT quota.

For some products in which we operate under a special VAT regime and depending on our suppliers, this VAT may already be included in the price and not be deductible for the purchaser (Marginal VAT). If you are self-employed or a company, you must take into account that you can later count your invoice as an expense for the total, but not also deduct said tax.

What does the insurance cover?

There is only one fixed cost per fee based on the amount of the order.

For example, if you choose to pay for a € 200 order in 3 months, you would pay € 69.60 per month (only € 3 per month per installment).

There are no interests. The TIN is 0%.


When do I have to pay each installment?

Every month, the same day you made the purchase, an automatic charge will be made to the card you used to pay the first installment.

Warranty
Do your products have a Warranty?

Yes.

From January 1, 2022 all our products have a 3-year Official Manufacturer's Warranty in Spain according to Law, in Europe too, in accordance with the terms and conditions of each manufacturer.

Products purchased before this date, the Warranty is 2 years.

The Warranty for Companies (not individuals) is 1 year in all cases.


How does the Guarantee work?

In most cases, you can manage the Warranty directly with the manufacturer.

Instead for example, during the 2nd & 3rd year for Apple products in Spain, we must send it to the manufacturer. Also for certain Xiaomi or Amazfit products depending on the provider, we may have to manage it ourselves.
