How can I contract the insurance?

Insurance is contracted by phone.

Warranty
Do your products have a Warranty?

Yes.

All our products have a 2-year Official Manufacturer's Warranty in Spain according to Law, in Europe too, in accordance with the terms and conditions of each manufacturer.


How does the Guarantee work?

In most cases, you can manage the Warranty directly with the manufacturer.

Instead for example, during the 2nd year for Apple products we must send it to the manufacturer. Also for certain Xiaomi products depending on the provider, we may have to manage it ourselves.
