- All our products are in stock and shipped from Spain.
- We ship to Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Unfortunately we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
- The order corresponding to the purchase will be available in Movil Planet after confirmation by email, in the 'My Orders' section by accessing the customer account. This will include the corresponding shipping costs and taxes.
- Movil Planet will ask its Customers to choose the place of delivery, specifying the address or place of work where they want the order delivered. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes, mailboxes or smart lockers.
- Our normal delivery time is 2-7 business days maximum, depending on the warehouse and our logistics process, unless otherwise stated. This means that an order placed on Saturday or Sunday is the same as one placed on Monday; on Tuesdays, all these orders would take 24 business hours, Wednesdays 48 hours, etc. as long as they are not holidays.
It is normal process for an order to take up to 7 business days to deliver, and for the Customer not to receive any updates while we are processing it (status: "In preparation"). Customers are responsible for respecting these deadlines and understanding that this is the time we require to process each product.
During the Black Friday and Christmas campaign, the maximum estimated time is extended to 9 business days.
It's not possible to expedite the processing of an order.
It's not possible to confirm to a Customer the exact day they will receive it before we have the tracking number.
It's not possible to claim any delay in the delivery of an order until after 7/9 business days.
The delivery time for each product is indicated on its page and when selecting the carrier during the order process. These delivery times begin once payment has been accepted, and customers must wait patiently until the shipment tracking notification from the warehouse (status: "Dispatched"). Delivery is then estimated to be the next business day after the update.
Any possible logistical delay during the preparation and/or delivery by the transport company will always be due to causes beyond Movil Planet, especially in times of high influx of parcels such as Black Friday or Christmas, as well as summer periods, for example during the months of July and August, in which specific delays in shipments could occur. - All our shipments are insured for the value of the content up to €3,000 in case of breakage or loss.
- Shipping costs, if any, will be paid by the buyer.
- Each delivery is considered made after the product is made available to the Customer by the carrier, confirmed by the control system used by the carrier.
- It is up to the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make all the claims related to the shipment that were justified within 24 hours, it even has the possibility of rejecting the package if it had been opened or if it has manifest signs of deterioration. Complaints after said period about incidents related to the shipment will not be accepted.

- For orders delivered in person, the signature on the delivery note, including the IMEI or serial number of the device, will serve as conclusive proof of receipt of the product, fulfilling the Seller's delivery obligation.
The Customer acknowledges having received the device in the correct condition and as described in the delivery note.

Awaiting Bank Payment - The deposit/transfer payment has not yet been confirmed. The order is invalid and the product has not been reserved
1-6 seQura: Approved - The order has been accepted by seQura and the delivery period begins
1-6 Payment Accepted - The payment has been accepted and the order is valid. The delivery period begins
2-6 Confirmed - The order and product stock have been confirmed by the warehouse NEW!
3-6 In preparation - We are processing the order until it is ready for shipment
4-6 Ready to ship - The package is ready and will be shipped soon (maximum 48 hours) NEW!
5-6 Dispatched - The order has been shipped with delivery expected the next business day
6-6 Delivered - The order has been delivered and the invoice has been issued, which can be downloaded from the website
6-6 Completed - The order has been delivered and the invoice has been sent by email
Canceled - The order has been permanently canceled / Completed
Canceled by seQura - The order has been permanently canceled by seQura / Completed
Partially refunded - Part of the order has been refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase
